How it all started...
Foundation Bible Church began in 2016 as a small group of fellow believers. Our first meeting was in the home of Rev. Jason and Jessica Williams and together we believed God was calling him to plant a church as a pastor. Through obedience and faith, our church was founded. The name Foundation Bible Church was chosen based on 1 Corinthians 3:11 “For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ.”
As a church, we have established the following Core Beliefs:
*Jesus is our message.
*People are our passion.
*Love is our spirit.
*Servant leadership is our identity.
*Generosity is our privilege
Since that first Sunday, we have been blessed to outgrow every place we have gathered together as believers. From the Williams’ home, a back room at DreamWorks Gym, a small remodeled building in town, and now our current site in Elizabethtown. We are trusting and believing the Lord will make a way for us to have a permanent place of worship so that we can continue to meet the needs of fellow believers and our community.
Through the leadership of the Holy Spirit and these core values, we pray we will be able to disciple people and lead them to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Savior.
